Power Engineers

You can find us at Room Number 10, in 1/2B Dr. Chawl. It’s a small space, but we’ve made it work for Power Engineers for quite a while. Working out of a chawl means you’re always close to your neighbors. There’s a lot of life here, with kids playing outside and people talking across the corridors. Our shop is packed with equipment and spare parts. We don’t have a lot of room to move around, but we manage. Most of our work is fixing stuff that people bring in from the surrounding neighborhood. It’s a humble setup. We have one main workbench where most of the magic happens. The lighting isn't great, but we have a few extra lamps for the detail work. Being in this part of town, you learn to be resourceful. We don’t have a big corporate office or a staff in suits. It’s just us in our work clothes, getting our hands dirty. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the street noise, but that’s just part of living and working in this area. We’ve been in this room for years, and we know every creak in the floor. It’s a solid place to do business. People know they can just knock on the door if they need help with something. We don’t make a big deal out of things, we just do the job and move on to the next one.
