Filix Health Care

Our office is up on the third floor of Powai Plaza. Filix Health Care has been at No. 326 for a good while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Hiranandani Gardens. It’s a busy spot in Powai, so there’s always something happening outside. We aren’t a big corporation with fancy glass walls. It’s just a regular office space with desks and some health care paperwork. The elevator in this building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we often end up taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry. The sun hits the windows quite hard in the afternoons, making it pretty warm, but we have the fans going. People come in and out all day for their health needs. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big reception desk, just a place for people to sit while they wait. Sometimes the phones ring more than we can handle, but we get through it. Working in Powai means we see a lot of people commuting. We usually have our tea in the small pantry in the back. It’s a practical place to work, and we know the other shopkeepers on the floor. There’s a small balcony where we keep some potted plants that always look like they need more water than they get. Nothing is too polished, and the furniture has a few scratches from years of use. We just do our daily tasks and try to stay organized among all the paperwork.
