Piles Clinic

Our clinic is located in the Kapadwala Chawl, right along Cadel Road, which many people know as Veer Savarkar Marg in Prabhadevi. It’s a very famous part of the city, and the chawl itself has a lot of history. Being in such a busy area means there is always a lot of noise from the cars and buses going down the main road. The Piles Clinic is just a small space within the building. It’s not one of those big, shiny hospitals you see in the movies. It’s a real, lived-in place with high ceilings and old walls. We have a small waiting area where people can sit and a couple of rooms for the checkups. Prabhadevi is a crowded spot, so we get people from all over coming in throughout the day. Some are just passing through on their way to work, and others have lived in the neighborhood for their whole lives. We don't have any fancy signs or bright lights. Just the name on the door so people know they’ve found the right spot. Working in a chawl means you get to know everyone nearby. We see the same tea sellers and shop owners every morning when we open up. It’s a very grounded way to run a clinic. We just focus on the people who come through the door and try to keep things moving along smoothly without any unnecessary complications or corporate talk.
