Physiotherapy Clinic

We are located at 104/106 Mint Road, which is right by the GPO and the CST station. If you know the Fort Market area in Mumbai, you know how incredibly busy it gets around here. The noise from the station and the market is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Our clinic is right in the thick of that CST area energy. It’s an old building, typical for this part of Mumbai, with high ceilings and walls that have been painted more times than I can count. Getting here can be a bit of a challenge with the crowds, but once you’re inside, we try to keep things a bit more focused. We do a lot of work with people who are commuting and end up with all sorts of physical strains. The space is filled with the equipment we need for everyday therapy—nothing too shiny, just stuff that works. We don’t have a marketing team or a polished look. It’s a bit cramped sometimes because space is tight in the Fort area, but we make it work for everyone who comes in. You can hear the taxis honking outside while we’re helping someone with their exercises. It’s a very local Mumbai experience. We just provide a place for people to get their mobility back without any fuss. It’s a simple setup near the market, and we’re here most days of the week.
