Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find our clinic on the ground floor of Shivaradhana on Ahimsa Marg, right near Mickey Mehta. It’s tucked away a bit off the Link Road in Chincholi Bunder. We share some space with the OrthoSpine Centre and Physio Rehab Care setup. It’s a busy little corner of the world. Most of our day is spent helping people who’ve had surgeries or just have those nagging pains that won’t go away. We have the usual stuff like ultrasound machines and heat packs. It’s not a fancy spa environment. It’s a place where work happens. We see people from all walks of life. Some are young athletes and some are just older folks trying to stay mobile. The ground floor location makes it easier for people who can't really climb stairs. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but not too bad. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. There’s usually some conversation going on between the exercises. We don't use big medical words unless we have to. It’s better to just show someone how to move. The clinic is just a practical space for healing. We don't have a marketing team or anything; we just focus on the people who walk through the door. It’s what we do every day and we plan to stay here for a while.
