Pharmalab India is based out here in Maharashtra. It is a big state, but we are settled in our own little corner. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a plain door in a regular building where we get our daily work done. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the week, mostly administrative stuff and keeping track of the inventory. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving boxes and signing forms, but it is all part of the job we do. The weather here can get really humid, which makes the afternoons feel a bit long and sluggish. We usually have a fan going or the AC if the heat gets too bad in the middle of the day. We don't really do fancy presentations or have big meetings. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to stuff that comes in through the mail. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. That is usually where the best conversations happen about our families or the local news. We have a few people who have been with us since we first opened. They remember when we had much less space and fewer desks than we do now. It is a steady environment. We don't like to rush things too much. We prefer to take our time and make sure everything is sorted out.
