If you look behind the Abhudaya Bank in Kalyan East, you’ll find our office in Radhekrishna Tower. We are up on the third floor, specifically in B302. This part of Mumbai, or rather the outskirts near Poona Link Road, has its own pace. It gets quite busy around the Katemaniwali area, especially during rush hour. Our team at Phantom Advisory has been operating from this building for a bit now. It’s not a polished glass skyscraper, just a regular building where people come to work and go home. Inside, there are files everywhere and the sound of keyboards clicking. We deal with advisory stuff, mostly focusing on the details that people usually overlook. It’s a small group here. We usually order lunch from the small eateries nearby because the food is decent and cheap. Sometimes we stay late when a particular project gets complicated. The commute can be a bit of a pain for those living further away, but we make it work. We like the fact that we’re tucked away from the main chaotic streets. It allows us to actually think. We don’t have a big reception desk or someone in a suit greeting you. You just walk in and find us working. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We try to keep things straightforward without adding unnecessary layers to our day. That’s how we operate here in Kalyan East. It is what it is.
