Permedia Foods Pvt. Ltd. has its office in the World Trade Centre at Colaba. We are specifically at No-T6/5. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses. Our address includes P.O. Box No-6125, which we’ve used for a long time. We don't actually cook food here in the office. This is where we handle all the boring stuff like paperwork, shipping, and talking to vendors. It’s a small space, and we have a lot of files stacked up. Colaba is a very crowded part of the city, and getting to the office in the morning is always a bit of a struggle with the local trains and the traffic. We have a few people working here who have been with us for years. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We just work together to keep things moving. The air conditioning in the building sometimes acts up, which makes for a long afternoon. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the emails. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We deal with food products from all over, making sure they get to the right places. We don't have any polished mission statements. We just try to get the work done before it’s time to head home. The desk is always messy but we know where everything is.
