We are over at Andheri West, specifically at East Park Road 25. Peppr Pinch is a small operation, and most days it’s just a couple of us handling everything from the cooking to the cleaning. The kitchen is where we spend almost all our time. It gets incredibly hot, especially during the summer months in Andheri. We don't have a big fancy dining room; it’s more about the work we do behind the scenes. The plumbing at number 25 can be a bit temperamental, so we’ve had to learn how to fix a few leaks ourselves. We don’t follow any corporate rules or have a big manual for how things should be done. We just figure it out as we go. Sometimes we try a new recipe and it doesn't work out, so we just start over. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. The neighbors on East Park Road are nice enough, though they sometimes complain about the smell of onions frying early in the morning. We try to keep things tidy, but when the rush starts, there are usually flour bags and crates everywhere. The back door has a bit of a gap at the bottom that lets in a draft, but we haven't got around to fixing it yet. It’s just a honest way to make a living, and we’ve been at it for a while now. No big speeches or polished stories, just plenty of cooking and cleaning at the end of every night for the people who order from us.
