Pci

Pci is over at Shrikrishna Niwas Chawl. It’s on Vg Pingale Marg in Chinchpokali. Mumbai is crowded, you know. Our spot isn't fancy. It's just where we work. We’ve been here a while now. The building is old but it stays cool mostly. We get in early before the heat hits too hard. The street outside is always noisy with people moving around. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get to the door, but we manage. Inside, it's just desks and some files. We do our daily tasks, talk to folks who drop by, and try to keep things organized. It's not a big corporate tower or anything like that. Just a small office in a busy part of town. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we sit and wait or talk. We’ve got a small kettle for tea which helps on long afternoons. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad, usually just a short walk or a rickshaw ride. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough for people to find us. It feels like home after all these years. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. If you ever find yourself in Chinchpokali near the chawl, you’ll see us there. It's just a regular place with regular people trying to do a good job every day. It isn't much but it is ours.
