Patil Opticians

You can find Patil Opticians located at number 66 on Rani Sati Marg. It is a relatively small shop, but we have managed to fit enough frames on the walls to keep most people happy with the selection. We’ve been right here for a while now, spending our days looking at eyes and fixing up people's glasses. The street outside can get quite noisy during the middle of the day, but once you step inside the shop, it gets a lot quieter. We aren't one of those big chain stores that you see in the fancy malls. It’s just us running things. We have all the eye testing equipment tucked away in the back room. It isn't the newest equipment in the world, but it works perfectly fine and it gives us the right numbers every time we use it. Sometimes the door hinges squeak a bit when people walk in, and we always say we're going to oil them but then we get busy and forget. We talk to our customers like they are our friends because, honestly, most of them live just a few blocks away from the shop anyway. We don't ever try to sell people the most expensive frames if they don't actually need them. We just want you to be able to see things clearly by the time you walk back out the door. We spend a lot of our time tightening tiny screws and cleaning off lenses. It’s steady, quiet work and we like doing it.
