Patels Airtemp (I) Limited

We’ve got our office at Number 6, Milan, which is located on Perin Nariman Street in the Fort area. It’s an old part of the city, and the building has that classic Mumbai feel to it. Working here at Patels Airtemp (I) Limited means being surrounded by a lot of history and a lot of noise from the streets below. We handle air temperature equipment and various industrial setups. The office is usually full of blueprints and technical catalogs spread across the desks. It’s not a modern glass building; it’s more of a place where actual work gets done and decisions are made over cups of tea. We’ve been in this neighborhood for many years, watching the city change around us. Despite the Limited in our name, we’re just a group of people who know the work. We don't go for flashy advertisements or big corporate presentations. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on the status of various projects we’ve got going on. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s a quiet space to focus. We value the fact that we’re in the heart of Fort, near all the old commercial hubs. It’s a solid place to be, and we plan on staying right here at 189-191 Perin Nariman Street for the foreseeable future. That is our plan.
