Patel Clinic

Our clinic is a small spot at Shop Number 3 in the Sukratara Building. We are located in the Mhada Malwani area of Malad West. It is a very crowded and lively neighborhood, and being in a shop-front makes us very accessible to everyone walking by. You can hear the sounds of the street, the vendors, and the children playing in the Malwani lanes right from our doorway. The clinic itself is quite modest. We have a small desk for the doctor, a couple of stools, and a bench for the patients who are waiting. It is not a place with air conditioning that freezes you out or fancy digital screens. It is just a local doctor’s office where people come when they have a fever, a cough, or need a small wound looked at. We know the families living in the Mhada buildings nearby, and we see the same faces quite often. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, and we keep our medical supplies in simple metal cabinets. It is a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for the first patient to arrive. It is a basic, honest way to run a clinic in a busy part of Malad. We focus on being there for the people in the immediate vicinity when they need a quick checkup.
