Pam Pharmaceutical & Allied Machinery Co Ltd

Our place is situated at 127 in the Kandivali Industrial Estate. It’s a busy corner of Kandivali West. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and the walls show a bit of that history. It’s an industrial area, so don't expect anything too pretty or polished. We focus on pharmaceutical machinery and related equipment. The workshop is usually a bit of a mess when we’re in the middle of a big job. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the parts just pile up on the benches. We have a few people who handle the office work and a team out on the floor. It’s a lot of back and forth between the two sections all day long. The commute can be a bit long for some of the staff, but we all show up and get to it. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just talk like regular people and work hard. The tea break is the highlight of the afternoon for most. We usually just stand around the packing area and chat for a few minutes before getting back to the machines. There’s a lot of noise from the neighboring units, but you stop noticing after the first week of working here. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting and technical specs. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just focus on getting the crates out on time.
