Origin Consultants

Our office is over in Andheri, specifically at 5A 1. It’s a typical Mumbai setup, a bit tight on space but right in the thick of things. Origin Consultants has been operating from here for a while, mostly helping people find jobs and helping companies find the right staff. We aren't one of those massive firms with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us sitting at our desks, making calls and looking through piles of resumes. The building is a bit old, and the lift can be slow, but we like it here. It’s close to the station, which makes it easy for people to drop by for a chat. We spend a lot of time on the phone, listening to what people want and trying to figure out if they’d be a good fit for the roles we have. We don't use any fancy sales pitches or corporate jargon. We just talk to people like normal humans. Sometimes we find a great match quickly, and other times it takes forever. That’s just the way recruitment goes. We don't have a polished front desk, just some chairs and a water cooler. It’s a simple operation where we try to be as helpful as we can without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just what we do to keep things going in the city. We enjoy the work.
