Optometry Clinic

Our clinic is located at number 120 in Krishna Niwas, which is over on Matunga Road West. It’s a part of the city that has a lot of history and a very local feel to it. I’ve been working out of this space for quite some time now. The building is older, and our clinic matches that vibe. It’s a straightforward setup for eye exams and getting glasses. We don't have any flashy signs or high-tech decor. There’s a big, heavy chair where people sit for their tests, and I have a desk covered in papers and lens catalogs. It can get a bit crowded in here when a whole family comes in at once, but we make it work. I like the fact that many of the people who come here are regulars who have lived in Matunga for decades. We chat about the changes in the neighborhood while I’m checking their vision. It’s a very human way to spend the day. The floor has some old tiles that are a bit faded, and the windows look out onto the busy street. You can hear the sounds of the city all day, which I find quite comforting in a way. We don't have a corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just us here, doing the work and helping people see a little more clearly. It’s a modest place, but it serves the community well and that’s what matters to us.
