OORJA MARBLES & GRANITES LLP is located in the Stardeep Apartment building, specifically units 1203 and 1204. We are on Sodawala Lane, right across from Prabho in Borivali West. It’s a pretty busy lane, especially during the day with all the shoppers. We’ve set up our office here to manage our granite and marble business. It’s not your typical shopfront; we’re up in the apartment block, which makes for a bit of a different vibe than a warehouse. We spend most of our time coordinating with different warehouses and making sure our customers get what they ordered. Being in Borivali West is great because we are close to a lot of ongoing construction projects and renovations. We often have people coming by to look at samples or just to talk about what kind of stone would work best for their specific project. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just us working at our desks surrounded by stacks of files and a few heavy stone slabs that we use as samples. Sometimes the traffic on Sodawala Lane makes it hard to find a parking spot, but people still manage to make it to us. We’ve been doing this for some time now and we just focus on the basics of the trade. We don't use any complicated jargon or marketing talk to get people interested. If you need marble or granite, we just show you what we have and tell you how it works. It’s just a straightforward, local business.
