Online Selection Placement

Our office, Online Selection Placement, is located in Mahim. We are at 2/E in the Daginawala Mansion. It’s an older building that has been part of the neighborhood for a long time. This is where we handle all the recruitment work and talk to people looking for jobs. The room isn't very large. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of paperwork scattered around. Being in Mahim means we are in a central spot. We get people coming in from different parts of Mumbai asking about vacancies. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. Usually, it's just us answering phones or looking through resumes on the computer. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. Daginawala Mansion is easy enough to find if you know the Mahim area. We spend our hours matching people with whatever roles are available. It is mostly practical work. There isn’t any fancy decor on the walls. We just have the essentials needed to run a placement service. People drop by with their documents, and we see what can be done. It’s been our base for a while. We know the neighbors and the local shops around here. It’s a quiet life inside the office even if the city is loud outside. We just keep doing the same work day after day. It is a small business run by people who live nearby. We like being part of this local Mahim community.
