Omega Supply & Service

Our place is at 31, N.S. Manikkar over in Sion. It’s a bit of an old building, but it works well enough for what we do every day. Omega Supply & Service mostly deals with supplies and fixing things when they break down. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean, but someone has to do it. The office is usually stacked with boxes and spare parts. We don’t spend much on decorating or painting the walls because we’re mostly out on calls or busy sorting through the inventory in the back. Sion is a central spot, so getting around the city isn’t too bad, though the traffic near the station is a nightmare almost every afternoon. We’ve had this setup for a long time. People know us as the guys they can call when they need a specific part fast. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone doing fancy advertising. It’s just us. Sometimes we forget to update the paperwork right away because we're busy helping a client. It's a small operation. We keep track of everything on a few clipboards and an old computer. When a customer comes in, they usually just walk right into the back where the stock is kept. We don't mind that. It's much better to show them what we have in stock than to talk about it over a desk. Life in Sion is fast and loud, but we try to take things one job at a time.
