Om Shanti Consultants And Advisors Llp is based in the Fort area of Mumbai. We are located on the second floor, room number 31, at 105 Apollo Street on M.S. Marg. Being in Fort means we are surrounded by a lot of history and old buildings. Our office is in one of those classic structures. It has high ceilings and those old windows. We’ve been here for some time now. It’s a busy part of the city, especially during bank hours. You can always hear the traffic and people outside. We have a fairly simple setup inside room 31. It’s mostly just desks, a lot of folders, and our computers. We do consulting and advisory work, so there is always a lot of reading and talking to do. We don't have a fancy lobby. You just come up to the second floor and find us. The 400023 area is great because everything is nearby, but it can be a bit chaotic too. We’ve gotten used to the pace. It’s a very traditional business environment here. We aren't trying to be a trendy startup. We just provide our advice and do the paperwork that needs doing. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much, but it’s part of the charm of working in Fort. We just keep things moving and stay busy. It’s a practical, honest place to get some real work done.
