We are located on the Pashan Baner Link Road, right across from Jadhav Market. Our office is A-403 in the Montvert Biarritz Phase 2 building. It's a decent area of Pune, not too far from the main road but tucked away enough to get work done. We handle management tasks, which mostly involves organizing things and making sure projects stay on track. It’s a lot of coordination. There are days when the phone never stops ringing and other days where it’s just the sound of typing. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we’re just local people who know how to manage a workload. The building is easy to find if you look for the market first. We started NXG Management because we realized things could run a bit smoother if someone just paid attention to the details. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR person. What you see is what you get. We might have some papers stacked up on our desks, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way of working. Most of us live nearby, so we’re part of the local scene here in Pune. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything is handled correctly. That’s basically how we operate every day. It is just a normal office job for us without any extra bells and whistles to talk about.
