Nvento Food Technologies

We are over at Nvento Food Technologies, located in Vikhroli West at C G Road F 55. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks and noise around. We work on food tech, which basically means we have a lot of machines and lab equipment in the back. It’s not a restaurant or a shop. We spend our time testing things and trying to figure out how to make food stay fresh longer or taste better. It’s a lot of measuring and taking notes. The team is small, just a handful of us who studied this stuff. We have a few desks in the front and the workshop in the back. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the ingredients and samples lying around. We’ve been at this Vikhroli spot for a while now. The commute is okay for most of us since the station isn't too far. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people find us when they need help with a specific food problem. It’s interesting work, even if it feels a bit repetitive some days. We have to keep the place quite clean because of the food safety rules. The rent is decent here compared to the city center. We usually eat lunch together at the small canteen down the street. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to get things done right. We don't have fancy titles or anything, we just do the work.
