Northern Flash Management Consultants Private Limited

We are located in the Windsor Grande building, right near Mega Mall in the Oshiwara part of Goregaon West. Our office is A-2101, so we are up pretty high. Being in this part of Mumbai means there is always something happening nearby, especially with the mall right there. Northern Flash is a management consultancy, but we do not like to make it sound more complicated than it is. We mostly just help people organize their businesses and figure out their next steps. The team here is small and we have known each other for a long time. It is a very relaxed atmosphere in the office, even when we have a lot of work to do. We do not wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most days it is just jeans and shirts while we go through our spreadsheets. The view from the 21st floor is okay, but we spend most of our time looking at our screens anyway. We try to be helpful and honest with everyone who reaches out to us. We are not interested in making big promises we cannot keep. It is just about doing a good job and making sure the clients are satisfied with the results. That is the way we have always done things here in Goregaon. Just plain work without the corporate drama. We like to keep things simple and get the job done right.
