Nitin Dutia

I have been working out of Mumbai Central for a long time now. My name is Nitin Dutia, and this is where I handle all my professional work. Mumbai is such a crowded city, and being in the 400008 area means there is always noise and movement right outside the door. I do not have a big corporate office with a fancy lobby. It is just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of paperwork. People usually come to see me because they heard about me from a friend or a neighbor. I like being in Mumbai Central because it is so easy for everyone to reach. You can take the train and walk over in just a few minutes. I have lived in this city my whole life, so I know how people like to do business. They want someone who listens and gives them the facts. I try to be that person. My days are usually filled with meetings and phone calls. Sometimes I skip lunch because there is just too much to get through. It is not a glamorous life, but it is mine. I do not bother with fancy brochures or expensive ads. If you need my help, you just come to my office and we talk. It is a very straightforward way of working. Most of my clients have been with me for years. We have grown older together in this busy part of town. It is just me doing my bit.
