Nitco Tiles Ltd.

Our office for Nitco Tiles Ltd is in the Atherav Building, right at Arthur Road Naka. It’s up on the 705th floor, or at least that’s the room number in Chinchpokali. This part of Mumbai is always loud and full of energy. We have a lot of history here in N. M. Joshi Marg. The space we have isn't very large, but we manage to get all the tile business sorted from here. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. We spend most of our time looking at order forms and talking to the people at the plant. Tiles are what we know, so the office is full of samples and brochures. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The view from the building is just more of the city, which reminds us how much building work is actually going on. We are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but that’s just part of being in an older Mumbai building. We don't bother with fancy carpets or anything like that because tile dust gets everywhere anyway. It’s an honest place where we work hard to keep the supply chain moving. People drop in for updates on their tiles and we just tell it like it is. We’ve been here a long time and the routine is the same every day.
