Nitco Tiles Ltd.

We are located in Kharghar, specifically in the Symphony Co. Housing Society. It’s Sector 4, right near the petrol pump, which makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming over. The office is in unit 102. Kharghar has grown a lot lately and being at Nitco Tiles Ltd here keeps us pretty busy. We mostly deal with the local requirements and the logistical side of moving tiles around Navi Mumbai. The society is a quiet enough place but there is always movement around the petrol pump area nearby. Our space isn't very big, but it’s enough to keep our records and a few tile samples. Working with tiles means you have to be organized, though things do get a bit messy when we are busy. We don't spend much on decorations or anything like that because the focus is just on the orders. Sometimes the rain in Navi Mumbai makes things difficult for deliveries, so we spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the trucks are. It’s a straightforward job. We talk to contractors, builders, and homeowners who just want to get their renovations finished. Most of our day is just checking lists and talking to the warehouse. It’s a local operation and we prefer it that way. No big corporate meetings, just regular work with people who need tiles. We just keep it simple.
