Nitco Tiles Ltd, Alibag

We’ve been at this spot in Borivali East for a while now, up on the sixth floor of Dheeraj Hillview Tower. It’s a busy area in Siddharth Nagar. Most people know us for the work we do with Nitco Tiles Ltd in Alibag, but this is where we handle the paperwork and the phone calls. Dealing with tiles is heavy work and there is always something going on with deliveries or people asking about stock. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the job done. We spend a lot of time looking at invoices and making sure the right crates get to the right sites. Traffic around Borivali can be a bit of a headache during the day, so we try to get things sorted early if we can. Some days it’s just non-stop phones ringing and other days we are just catching up on filing. It’s mostly just us here making sure the Alibag side of things stays moving. People come by sometimes to check on orders or just to talk about what they need for their floors. We don't have a huge showroom here, mostly just the essentials. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. If you know the building, we are in the A wing. It’s a simple operation, really. Just people working with tiles and trying to keep everything organized in a small space. We get by.
