Up on the eighth floor of B-Wing in Madhupuri CHS is where you’ll find Nirshrut Consultants LLP. We are situated in Dhanukar Wadi, right on Gokhale Road in Kandivali West. Being on a higher floor is nice because we get a decent breeze when the windows are open, though it can get pretty hot in the summer months. The office itself is nothing special to look at. We’ve got our computers set up and a simple table where we sit down to figure things out together. It’s a local operation, and most of us have been working in this area of Mumbai for years. Gokhale Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the horns honking all day long. It just becomes part of the background after a while. We do a lot of our consulting work right from these desks, mostly talking to people on the phone or sending out emails. There isn’t a huge team here, just a few of us trying to stay organized. Sometimes we have people drop by, and we just pull up whatever chairs are available. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. Getting here is easy enough if you know the landmarks in Kandivali. We keep the kettle going for most of the day because we all drink way too much tea. It’s just how we run things, keeping it simple and focusing on the tasks we have right in front of us.
