Nirav Stationeries & Xerox

Nirav Stationeries & Xerox is right in the heart of the Sakinatha Industrial Estate in the Fort area. If you come by, you will notice it is a very industrial setting with lots of noise and dust from all the factories and workshops around us. We have been here for many years and our shop is always full of paper, notebooks, and all kinds of office supplies. The main part of our day is spent running the Xerox machines. We have a couple of large ones that are almost always in use, and they make a constant rhythmic sound that we have all learned to ignore. The space is quite small and every inch of the walls is covered with shelves. We even have things stacked up high near the ceiling. It is a bit of a maze inside, but we know exactly where every pen and folder is kept. We get a lot of workers from the estate coming in for copies or to buy a new ledger. We don't have any fancy displays or a big storefront. It is just a practical shop for people who need things done quickly. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend a few hours fixing them, which can be frustrating, but it is part of the job. We have seen many businesses in the estate change hands, but we just keep doing what we do. It is a busy, tiring job but it keeps us connected to the local community here.
