Flair Pen Limited

Flair Pen Limited is located at Plot No. 63 B/C in the Government Industrial Estate over in Babarkar Nagar. We’re pretty close to the gas company in the Charkop area of Kandivali West. It’s a busy part of town, and there’s always something going on nearby. We make pens here, which sounds simple enough, but there’s a lot that goes into the plastic and the ink. Our floor is usually covered with parts and boxes waiting to be sent out to shops. We have workers who have been with us since they were young, and now they’re the ones showing the new kids how to run the machines. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes stacked up, but we know where everything is kept. We don’t really put on an act for visitors. What you see is exactly how we work every single day. The air smells a bit like ink and warm plastic, which is something you get used to pretty fast. We try to keep things moving so we don't fall behind on what people need. Kandivali West is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the staff to get here on time. We aren't trying to be the most famous company in the world, just a reliable one that makes pens that actually write. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take a quiet pride in seeing our stuff out in the local stores.
