You can find us at Nirmal Chs Ltd, specifically in D/301. We are located right off the Western Express Highway in Dahisar East. It’s quite easy to spot because we are right next to Hotel Gulfam, which is a big landmark around here. Being so close to the highway means there is always a bit of a hum from the cars and trucks going by, but you get used to it after a while. Nilima Nitin Bagkar is the name behind this small setup. We’ve been in Mumbai for a long time, and this office is where we handle all our daily business. It’s a typical residential-commercial building vibe. The lift can be a bit slow during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to work. Inside the office, it’s pretty basic. We have our files, a couple of computers, and some chairs for when people visit. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We prefer keeping things functional and honest. Most of our work is just keeping track of things and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes the Mumbai rain makes the commute a bit difficult, but we’re usually here by mid-morning. It’s a convenient spot for us because of the highway access. We don’t try to be something we’re not; we’re just a small team working out of Dahisar, making sure the daily tasks are finished before we head home.
