Netra Jyot Eye Care Centre

We've been here in Malad West for a while now. The clinic is tucked away in the Bt Compound, so it’s not always the easiest to spot from the main road, but most locals know the spot. Netra Jyot Eye Care Centre is just where we work every day, checking eyes and helping people see a bit clearer. It's a small place, nothing fancy. We started it because there was a need for a basic eye check-up spot in this part of Mumbai. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit cramped, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to show up at once. We try to keep things moving. The address is 178/ A Bt Compd, and if you get lost, just ask the shopkeepers nearby. People come in for all sorts of things, maybe their glasses broke or they've got a bit of an itch in their eye. We don't have those big fancy waiting rooms with leather chairs, just regular benches and a desk. It's a busy neighborhood, so there’s always noise from outside. We’ve seen kids grow up and bring their own kids here now. It’s just how time goes in a place like this. We handle the usual stuff, like testing vision or looking at cataracts. Nothing too complicated, just honest work. We keep the lights on and the doors open for anyone in the 400064 area who needs us. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little clinic.
