You can find NEGOCIO ENTERPRISES LLP at the Chaterbhuj Khetsi Building on Sant Tukaram Marg. We are on the first floor, plot number 172/186, right in the Dana Bunder and Chinchbunder area. It is a very traditional commercial part of Mumbai, and our office fits right in. We have been working from this location for quite some time now. The building has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk through the hallways. Our office is a simple place where we manage our enterprise activities. It is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of ledgers. We do not really care for the polished look of those new offices in the suburbs. We like being here near the docks and the old markets. Our staff is a small group that knows the business inside out. We do not use any marketing tricks to get people through the door. Usually, it is just folks we have known for years. The floor is made of that old-style tile that stays cool even when it is boiling outside. We have some heavy wooden desks that have been around since the business started. They are solid and hold all our heavy files without any trouble. You can smell the salt and the activity from the nearby docks on some days. It reminds us of where we are. We just handle the day-to-day operations and keep things moving.
