Navkar Eye Care Center

Our center is located at A 33/34 in the New Putalibai Kapol Niwas building. We are right on S.V. Road in Vile Parle, which is one of the busiest roads in the area. Being next to Venital makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they are walking or driving by. The building is one of those traditional ones you see around Vile Parle, giving it a bit of a local character. We are on the ground level, so there aren’t many stairs to worry about. Inside, the space is divided up into areas for testing eyes and looking at frames. It is a practical environment, not something designed by a fancy architect. We get a lot of noise from S.V. Road, especially the buses and honking cars, but that is just part of being in this location. The staff here are mostly local people who understand the neighborhood. We spend our days cleaning lenses, talking to patients, and managing the files. It is a small operation, but we keep busy from the moment we open the doors. If you are coming from the station, it is just a short walk or a quick rickshaw ride away. We don't use any big marketing talk; we just do our work and help the people who come in. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We’ve been part of this street for a good bit now.
