Navjivan Clinic

Navjivan Clinic is located right at Sambhaji Chowk on New Mill Road in Kurla West. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming inside. Most of our days are spent dealing with the usual stuff like coughs or fevers that people in the neighborhood come in with. The space isn’t huge, but we have enough chairs for people to sit while they wait their turn. Sometimes the line gets out the door if it’s a Monday morning. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the walls probably could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on seeing the people who walk in. Dealing with Kurla traffic means sometimes we’re late opening if the bus is stuck, but the regulars know that. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a desk, some files, and the exam room in the back. People stop by on their way home from work or after running errands at the market nearby. It gets a bit hectic around five or six in the evening. We keep some old magazines out, though most people just look at their phones now. It’s a basic setup that serves the local folks around New Mill Road without making a big fuss about things. We aren't fancy, but we are here every day for whoever needs us.
