We are based out of Ashok Towers in Parel. Specifically, we’re up on the 15th floor of Tower D. It’s a pretty well-known spot on Dr. S S Rao Road. NAVIGATOR BUSINESS ADVISORS PRIVATELIMITED isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group of people who just focus on the work at hand. The building is nice, but our office is just a regular workspace. There are plenty of files and half-finished cups of tea around. Parel is a place that never really stops, and being in one of the tall towers gives us a bit of a break from the noise down on the street. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people. We just answer questions as they come. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet goes slow, just like anywhere else. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing materials. Most people hear about us from someone else they know. It’s a practical way to run things. The commute to Parel can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, so we’re usually here early. We stay until the job is done. There isn't any grand philosophy behind it. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a steady routine. The office is functional, nothing more, nothing less.
