Nav Drishti Netralaya

Our clinic is on the first floor of Alps Heights. It is a building on Dr. R.P. Road in Mulund West. You have to walk up the stairs or take the small lift to get to us in A-7. We focus on eye care, which means a lot of checking prescriptions and looking at cataracts. The waiting room isn't huge, so it can feel a bit cramped on Saturday mornings. We have a few benches and some old magazines that nobody really reads anymore. The windows look out towards the street, and you can see the shops across the way. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there is always someone coming in or going out. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just check eyes and tell people what they need. The staff is just a couple of local people who live nearby. We open up the shutters in the morning and start the machines. Sometimes the computer is slow, which is annoying, but we get through the list of patients eventually. It’s a very standard setup. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights, just a small one by the door. Most people find us because someone told them we were here. We just stay busy with the work and try to keep things moving so people don't have to wait too long.
