Our days are spent talking to patients about their sight and maybe some other health issues they're facing. We try to keep a calm environment, even when the Mumbai traffic outside is making a lot of noise. People in the 400059 zip code know us as the local spot to get things checked out. We don't use a lot of medical jargon if we can help it. It's better to just explain things simply. Sometimes we run out of tea or the printer jams, just like any other place. We are just regular people working in a clinic. If you're coming from Marol Naka, it’s just a short walk. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing team, just our door and a sign. It’s worked for us so far.
