National Hospital Iccu

National Hospital Iccu is located on the first floor of Vikas Paradise, right on LBS Marg in Mulund West. We are pretty easy to find if you know where the Balrajeshwar Temple is, as we are right near there, opposite Bhakti Marg. This is a busy part of Mumbai, and the hospital reflects that. We focus a lot on the Iccu side of things because that is what the facility was set up for. It’s not a giant hospital, just a floor in a building, but we’ve packed in what we need to see to people. The halls can be a bit narrow and it gets a bit cramped when there are a lot of visitors, but we make it work. Living and working in Mulund West means you get used to the constant hum of LBS Marg. We don't have a fancy lobby with art on the walls. It’s just chairs for the families and the medical equipment we use. Most of the people who come here are from the surrounding buildings or the local neighborhood. We have been here for quite a while now. The staff knows the local shops and the temple across the way. We don't spend our time writing big mission statements. We just focus on the monitors and the patients in the beds. It’s a serious place because of the Iccu, but we try to keep a calm head. People trust us because we’ve been here for years and we know the area like the back of our hand.
