We are over in the Tex Center, specifically Units 1, 2, and 3 in the L Wing. It's on Saki Vihar Road, right in the middle of the Chandivali area of Andheri East. Mumbai is always moving fast, and it feels like we are right in the thick of it here. National Food Product is what we call ourselves, but we really just feel like a group of people trying to get food items out to the shops. The units are always full of the smell of whatever we are packing that day. It can be a bit overwhelming sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or so. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the three units to make sure everything is where it should be. The traffic on Saki Vihar Road is usually a nightmare, so we have to plan our loading times carefully or the trucks get stuck for hours. It is a lot of logistics and sweat. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big boardroom. Our lunch breaks are usually spent sitting on crates talking about the cricket score or the rain. It's a busy life, and we are just trying to keep the wheels turning. Every day brings a new set of small problems to fix. We don't have it all figured out, but we keep showing up every morning to get the job done for our local customers.
