Loyal Medi Opthotech

Loyal Medi Opthotech is our business located in Resham House on N. S. Road in Mulund West. We have been in this building for quite some time. It is an older place, but it serves us well for what we do. We focus on ophthalmic equipment, which means we deal with a lot of lenses and eye testing tools. The office is usually a bit cluttered with boxes and tech manuals. N. S. Road is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. We start our day early to beat some of the heat and the crowds. Most of our work is talking to doctors and clinics about the specific gear they require for their practices. We do not have a big corporate structure here. It is just a small group of us making sure the orders are packed correctly and sent out on time. Sometimes the courier is late because of the Mulund traffic, which can be frustrating. We keep our records in a few big binders and on one old computer. It is a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We do not go for flashy advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth has always been how we get most of our work. People know they can find us here at Resham House if they need help with their equipment. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving.
