Shekhar Eye Research Pvt. Ltd. is located in Mulund East, specifically at No. 108 Falcon Court in Hari Om Nagar. It's a quiet enough spot compared to the main city. We've been operating out of this office for some time now. Mostly we deal with data and research related to eyes. There are always papers on the desks and people looking through files. It’s not a clinic where you go to get glasses, it's more the back-end side of things. My commute is short, which is the best part of working here. The Falcon Court building is easy to find if you know Hari Om Nagar. Sometimes the lift is slow, so I take the stairs. We have a small group of people working here. Everyone knows each other's names. We don't really have a big reception area or anything. It's just rooms with computers and research materials. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We spend a lot of time on the phone with other researchers. It’s quiet work, mostly reading and writing. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up. It's a decent place to work. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the research we have in front of us. Most days are pretty much the same, just steady work. We grab coffee together sometimes in the afternoons.
