Our spot is in the Mahendra Industrial Premises, unit 109 to be exact. We are located in Sion East, which is a busy part of the city to be in. One of the easiest ways to find us is to look for the V.V.F building, since we are right next to it. Being in an industrial area like this means there is always noise from machinery or vehicles moving around outside. Mk Ingredients & Specialities isn’t a huge place. It’s mostly just a tight-knit crew working in a space that’s been filled with desks, samples, and storage racks over the years. It gets a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We are more concerned with making sure the speciality ingredients we handle are logged and sent out to the right places. The hallways in Mahendra Industrial Premises have that old-school industrial feel—concrete floors and heavy doors. It’s a practical environment. Sion is a good location because it’s central, though the traffic near the station can be a bit of a headache in the evenings. Most of us take the train or live close enough to dodge the worst of the congestion. We just come in, do the work, have our tea, and head home. It’s a straightforward life here, and we like the simplicity of just getting things done without any extra drama or fluff.
