Mitali Screen Printers

Mitali Screen Printers is located over at No. 12/14, Goa Street, right near Rex Chambers. It is an old building, and we are on the 1St Floor in Office No. 13. Ballard Estate has that classic Mumbai feel, and our workspace reflects that. It is not a fancy place, to be honest. It is a bit dusty and the walls have some stains, but it is where we do all our screen printing work. We spend our days dealing with ink, mesh, and frames. You have to climb some narrow stairs to find us. Usually, there is a bit of a mess with the squeegees and screens laying around because we are always in the middle of a job. We do not have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. People just walk in, show us their designs, and we see if we can get it done. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going. We spend a lot of time checking colors and making sure the ink is thick enough. Sometimes the power cuts out or a delivery gets stuck in traffic near the Gpo or around Fort, but we manage. If you are walking around that part of the city, you know how busy it is. We just keep our heads down and focus on the screens. It is a simple setup for people who just need things printed without any fuss.
