Mistry Associates

We run Mistry Associates out of No. 22 in Shobham House. If you know the Limbudiwadi area, we are right there by Omkar Residency. It's mostly a small office where we handle paperwork and talk to clients about their projects. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit around us. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, a lot of files, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We spend a lot of our day looking over documents and making sure everything is in order. People stop by to ask questions or drop off folders. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with all the maps and plans lying around the room. We try to keep a steady schedule, but sometimes work piles up and we stay later than we planned. It’s a local operation, so we know many of the people who live nearby in Omkar Residency. We deal with various things, mostly stuff involving local regulations or technical drawings for building work. It’s quiet work for the most part. We don't do much advertising; usually, someone just tells a neighbor about us. The building at Limbudiwadi is easy to find once you get into the lane. We’ve got a small sign out front so people don't get lost. It’s just a handful of us working here, trying to get through the daily tasks and making sure the people who hire us get what they need.
