Our place is called Matrukrupa, house number 25, right on N L Parelkar Marg in Parel. If you know Mumbai, you know Parel is a place that never really stops. We’ve been here for some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a solid building where we get our work done. We go by MIPL. It’s a short name, easy to remember. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some old filing cabinets, and the sound of the ceiling fans. We handle various tasks throughout the day. Some people are on phones, others are typing away. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us working. We like it that way. It’s more personal. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the buses and cars, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Parel. We take our lunch breaks nearby and then get back to the grind. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. There isn't any fancy hierarchy here. We just see what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but that’s just part of the job. It's a local business, run by people who live and work in the city. We keep things honest and try to stay organized as much as we can.
