You can find Min Chem India at 117 Loha Bhavan on P. D'Mello Road. This is right in the heart of Masjid East. If you know this area, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of the city with people everywhere. There are trucks, carts, and workers moving around all day long. Loha Bhavan is an old building, and it definitely feels like it when you walk through the doors. The walls have some history and the hallways are a bit narrow and dim. Our office is a bit small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside over the years. There are stacks of registers, samples, and old files on the shelves reaching up to the ceiling. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on the job. We don't have much room for anything extra like fancy furniture. Most of our time is spent talking to people in the trade or checking on the status of shipments. The noise from P. D'Mello Road is constant, so you have to speak up a bit when you're on the phone or talking to a visitor. We’ve been here for years and the location is perfect for being near the docks and the various markets nearby. We don't bother with fancy decor or painting the walls every year. A few desks, some sturdy chairs, and hard work is what defines our day here. It’s just how we operate in this part of town.
