Our unit is number 18, located in Building 16 of the Samhita Industrial Complex. We are off the Andheri Kurla Road, right near the Sakinaka Telephone Exchange. It’s a bit of a trek to find us if you’ve never been to the complex before because all the buildings look kind of the same. It’s a very busy industrial area. There is always the sound of machinery and the smell of grease or exhaust in the air. Inside our unit, it’s mostly just work space and storage. We don't have a fancy waiting room for visitors. Usually, if you come by, you’ll find us busy with some piece of equipment or sorting through paperwork at a cluttered desk. We’ve been operating out of Sakinaka for quite a while now. It’s a good spot for a business like ours because everything is so close, but the traffic can be a real nightmare some afternoons. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or trying to sound important. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get the orders out on time. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to stay late to fix a machine or redo some work, but that’s just how it goes in this line of business. We’re just a group of people working hard in a small industrial unit, trying to keep things moving forward. It's practical and a bit messy, but it works for us.
