At Micro Computer Resources Inc, we deal with a lot of different computer stuff every day. Some people need help with their hardware and others are looking for specific parts that are hard to find in the local shops. Powai is a good spot for this kind of business because there are so many people around who rely on their machines for work. Our office isn't one of those glass towers you see in the movies; it's a real workspace where things actually happen. Cables might be hanging around and there are stacks of monitors in the corner sometimes. We just focus on getting things running again for whoever walks in. Mumbai life is fast, so we try to be quick but we don't rush the actual repairs because that's how mistakes happen. We've seen all sorts of issues over the years, from spilled tea on keyboards to servers that just won't boot up. We don't talk in fancy jargon if we can help it. We just explain what’s wrong in plain English and get to work. It’s been our home for a while and we plan on staying right here in the mix of things.
