Camphor Allied Products Limited

Camphor Allied Products Limited is located right across from Mumbai University in the Jehangir Building. Being at 133 is handy because everyone knows where the university is. It’s a very old part of the city with a lot of history in the stones of the buildings. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at, just a place where we get our work done. We deal with camphor and other related products, so sometimes the office has a bit of a distinct smell, though we don't notice it much anymore. The students from the university are always walking by, which gives the area a lot of energy. Sometimes we watch them from the windows when we’re taking a quick break from the paperwork. The Jehangir Building has high ceilings and those thick walls that keep things a bit cooler in the summer heat. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure the logistics are sorted out. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; we just focus on the products and making sure the records are kept straight. The stairs in the building can be a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time coming up. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we like being in this part of town near the campus.
